If this is your first time to my website and blog, let me re introduce myself. I’m a nurse, wife, mom, grandmom who’s passionate about helping you look and feel your absolute BEST even in midlife. When media and others characterize midlife and aging as something to be challenging and miserable, I love sharing a different perspective. Aging is a normal part of life that should be embraced and empowering instead of debilitating. Our mindset and overall health is so important during this time and I want to encourage women to GLOW through it and not dread it or drudge through it. LETS GLOW TOGETHER!

As part of my mission to serve and help you look and feel your BEST I love sharing my favorite skin, haircare and optimal health nutritional supplements to help us age well from the inside out. Like the picture above, many of us go through life accepting our acne, dark spots, and other skin issues
when in reality we can do something about it.

If you saw a pic of me back in 2008 (I’m still searching for the pic!) before I started using R+F products and being more cognizant and intentional with my optimal health. I wore heavy makeup to cover the dark spots from years of sun bathing and getting as dark as I possibly could. I also had melasma (pregnancy mask) from my last pregnancy back in 1998 that I had never even noticed until I started seeing it disappear with great skin care products. It wrapped my jawbone, chin and temples like a face mask and I never even realized how noticeable it was, until it was gone. Our Reverse regimen helped clear this up and diminish my dark spots and sun damage within just a matter of weeks. My results were so noticeable someone asked me if I had gotten a face lift! Wow! Was I shocked that I never realized how badly my skin looked! With time, new innovations with our skincare regimens have added even more great results over the years.
